The always-athletic Alba went straight back to the gym following the birth of her daughter, Honor Marie. She shed 24 pounds of baby weight with the help of her trainer. Jessica stayed active with light walking, prenatal yoga and stability bike exercises. It’s easier to workout throughout the entire pregnancy to enjoy faster weight loss after the baby arrives. Jessica found weight loss manageable because she was on a strict plan, set by her trainer, which required hour-long drills five days a week, doing three segments of cardio, two of strength training, and one 10-minute core workout. She included scheduling daily exercises into a journal so that late night feedings and diaper changes won’t prevent you from weight loss goals. Jessica also wore a girdle to help get her abs back in shape.
